After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, Dr. Monasebian received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree with high distinction. Dr. Monasebian was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society, while he was in medical school.

 

Dr. Monasebian received his training in General Surgery and Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Building on his training in Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Monasebian completed his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the the well-respected Montefiore Medical Center – Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Clerical experience in an office setting is preferred
  • Ability to transcribe accurately from audio recordings or handwritten notes
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for medical receptionist roles
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is desired
  • Phone etiquette skills to handle calls with professionalism and courtesy

 

Full Job Description :

 

  • Duties include among other responsibilities`
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members and Doctor
  • Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and inputting sales orders
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
