Jobs New York – NPower is a national nonprofit that leverages an evidence-based model to foster economic mobility through best-in-class skills training with industry-recognized credentials for military-connected individuals, young adults, and women from under-resourced communities. Our strength is seeing students of non-traditional backgrounds through pivotal life transitions. Our unique approach combines rigorous, free training and trauma-informed support services, career readiness skills, and job placement assistance.
We have offered foundational and advanced career training opportunities to over 12,000 graduates, with the goal of scaling to serve 15,000 annually by 2030—all while maintaining strong placement outcomes. Led by a committed team, we seek to create a tech workforce that mirrors the world around us and empowers students to drive change in their own lives and communities.
In the coming years, our focus is on rapidly launching new curricula targeting high-demand skills to meet evolving employer needs while addressing the unique challenges of students from non-traditional backgrounds, necessitating precise assessments, flexible training, and customized support.

Finding a job is everyone’s desire to be able to meet their daily economy and for their future to be brighter if they get a job that matches their expectations. How can you get a job that suits your desires and according to the expectations you want. Of course you have to be able to do everything by studying a lot and should learn some special strategies in order to be accepted in the desired job. Of course you have to apply for several jobs that concern and relate to the skills you have So that it is easier for you to do some of the jobs and responsibilities that exist because you already have the talent and basic capital to work.
With the addition of buildings and facilities, it can be a support in serving the community who come for treatment and help in the healing process of patients. We always provide continuous and professional services to patients and carry out development with science and technology as well as competent and professional human resources.

What the Tech Fundamentals Program Offers :
- Up to 20 weeks of instructor-led virtual training

- Opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications: CompTIA A+ and IT Fundamentals+, a Google IT Support Certificate, and an IT Generalist Apprenticeship credential*

Program Eligibility Young Adults :
- 18–26 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Must be located in or near the following cities: Baltimore, Brooklyn/New York City, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Detroit, Newark, St. Louis, Kansas City, Raleigh, Dayton
Program Eligibility Military Veterans and Spouses :
- Over 21 years of age
- Must be one of the following: transitioning active-duty service member through the DoD SkillBridge program / honorably discharged / member of the Guard or Reserves
- Located in or near the following cities: Baltimore, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Detroit, Jersey City, Newark, St. Louis, Kansas City, Raleigh, Dayton
- Legally authorized to work in the US
